Softgel Manufacturing Capability
The softgel lines handle oil-suspension fills, with control over capsule size, shape and color to match brand requirements. Encapsulation runs on the facility's automated equipment as part of its ten fully automatic production lines, followed by drying, inspection, polishing and bulk or finished packaging. Every batch moves through the facility's cGMP quality system (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification on intake and finished-product testing before release.

- Fill uniformity — content uniformity checks keep active-ingredient levels consistent capsule to capsule.
- Seal integrity — seam inspection and drying control prevent leakage in transit and on shelf.
