The gummy lines cover cooking, depositing, molding, drying and finishing (including sugar-sanded and sugar-free styles), producing gummies in custom shapes, colors and flavors. Texture — firm, soft or chewy — is tuned during development so the eating experience matches the brand positioning. As part of the facility's ten fully automatic lines, gummy production runs under the cGMP quality system (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification and finished-product testing on every batch.
