Capsule Manufacturing Capability
The encapsulation lines fill two-piece hard capsules with powders, granules and pellets, with changeover across capsule sizes to suit dose requirements. Filled capsules pass through polishing, inspection (including weight checks) and packaging — bottles, blister or bulk. As one of the facility's ten fully automatic production lines, encapsulation runs under the cGMP quality system (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification and finished-product testing on every batch.

- Fill-weight accuracy — in-process weight checks hold each capsule to its target fill.
- Capsule integrity — inspection removes damaged, unsealed or off-weight capsules before packaging.
- Clean changeover — line clearance procedures between products prevent cross-contamination, essential for allergen-sensitive formulas.
- Disintegration performance — routine disintegration checks confirm capsules break down as intended, so the contents are released properly.
